Mega Master has introduced advanced equipment to the industry, including two electron beam crosslinking accelerators and five vertical and horizontal foaming furnaces. With a monthly production capacity of 450 tons, we meet the diverse specification requirements of customers from around the world.Additionally, we offer a wide range of post-processing services, including slicing, splitting, laminating, slitting, embossing, and corona treatment.

Green Process
Our company employs multiple advanced clean production technologies, prioritizing environmental protection throughout the entire process—from raw materials and manufacturing to the final green products. We adhere to the Kyoto Protocol to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fully comply with EU RoHS regulatory standards.
- AElectron Beam Irradiation Crosslinking Technology：clean production process that uses accelerated electron beams to cross-link polymers, enabling the production of environmentally friendly IXPE/IXPP foam with stable and consistent quality.
- BPatented Vacuum Extrusion Technology：Reduces or eliminates the need for antioxidants, increases production output, and enhances foam quality
- CAdhesive-Free Lamination Technology：Enhances bonding performance while overcoming the limitations and concerns associated with traditional adhesives.
- DRecycling and Reuse Technology：A patented Recycle and Reuse technology developed by our company, enabling the recovery and reutilization of foam edge waste materials.

Eco-Friendly Factory Grounds
Located in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, the factory grounds are home to dozens of century-old trees thriving with vitality.
Before being relocated to the Mega Master facility, these trees faced the threat of being cut down due to land development. Thanks to Mega Master’s dedicated rescue efforts, the trees—having endured through generations—now flourish here. Standing tall and full of life, they not only embody Mega Master’s commitment to “green production” but also serve as the best testament to the company’s clean manufacturing process.
