V


The eFoam-V series are crosslinked polyolefin foam made by electron beam (EB) radiation without chemical cross-linker. These are closed-cell polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in rolls.

  • Foam Expansion ratio： 2~35
  • Thickness： 0.8~12.7mm

IVN. or WVN.Flame retardant product, complies with UL 94 HF-1 & FMVSS 302, and RoHS requirements

1. Roll product with thickness 0.8~12.7mm (single layer), and up to 50mm(laminated layers)

2. Softer, better feel with better shock absorption material than eFoam W and I series

3. Non-slippery surface

4. Superior elongation (more than 500%) with better tensile strength and compression set

5. Better back glue characteristics

6. Superior thermal molding and vacuum thermal molding

7. Similar to rubber soft hand feel

8. Easier processing and more durable than rubber foam
