The eFoam-W series are polyolefin foam crosslinked by electron beam (EB) radiation without chemical cross-linker. These are closed-cell polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in rolls and sheets.
1. Roll product with thickness 0.15~6.4mm (single layer), and up to 50mm(laminated layers)
2. Crosslinked polyolefin foam manufactured with electron beam (EB) radiation ensuring excellent homogeneous properties.
3. The product presents fine smooth surfaces with an even and closed cell structure
4. Wide process temperature (-80℃~110℃, For customized specifications, this temperature range can be increased to 120℃
