Stepping into the lush green Sanxia plant, one encounters footprints of eco-preservation and resource conservation throughout the premises. This fully embodies how Mega Master dopts environmentally friendly materials and clean, pollution-free processes to produce eco-conscious products, minimizing the impact on our planet.

Use of Low-Carbon Recycled Materials
We use agricultural waste such as bagasse and rice husks as primary raw materials. These plant-based byproducts are environmentally harmless and, when reused, reduce the need for landfill while gradually replacing highly polluting petrochemical materials.

Enhancing Material Efficiency
We invite industry experts to improve production technologies, enhancing raw material conversion rates and minimizing material waste. Rigorous quality control ensures every bit of raw material is fully utilized.

Increased Use of Renewable Energy
Solar panels are installed throughout the factory to generate renewable electricity for sustainable operations.

Improving Energy Efficiency in Production
We adopt energy-saving equipment, apply frequency conversion technologies, reinforce insulation in pipelines to reduce energy loss, and have established an energy management system to continually monitor and optimize energy performance.

Rational Electricity Use
By setting load curves to avoid peak usage periods and shutting down unnecessary equipment, we actively eliminate energy waste.

Streamlining Production Processes
Experts are invited to assess production technology and eliminate redundant steps, thereby simplifying workflows and reducing pollution.

Recycling and Reusing Waste Materials
A circular recycling system has been established to reuse edge and scrap materials. We also develop recycled products to maximize waste utilization.

From the procurement stage, we take into account the requirements of the EU RoHS 2.0 Directive and REACH Regulation to ensure our products meet compliance standards. In line with our commitment to green products and continuous improvement, all suppliers are required to provide environmental documentation for raw materials that comply with our Green Material Management Procedure, including test reports, composition sheets, or certificates of compliance.
Downstream Processors:
Must comply with our company’s Hazardous Substance-Free Control Requirements.
High-Risk Parties:
Are required to provide environmental documentation for processing additives and a commitment certificate ensuring outsourced processing is free of hazardous substances.
Low-Risk Parties:
Are required to provide a Commitment Certificate for Hazardous Substance-Free Outsourced Processing.
