Tape Material
Mega Master Technology uses specially formulated and advanced production technology to produce an efficient and effective foam which is suitable for the preparation of adhesive products. Unlike thin film or paper tape, this adhesive foam tape can smooth undulation, be shock absorbent and provide insulation.
Advantages：
The eFoam series are crosslinked by electron beam (EB) radiation without any chemical cross-linker, such as DCP . They are closed-cell polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in both sheets and rolls.
The closed cell structure ensures extremely low water absorption and moisture penetration rates. The product has good weatherability, UV and chemical resistance. It is non-toxic. It has no odor and negligible volatile organic compounds (VOC).
The product meets Taiwan’s EPA Eco Label Class 1 and complies with European Union (EU) RoHS requirements. eFoam has gained the SGS nontoxic certificate and meets RoHS standards. It is lightweight and does not contain any allergens.
Characteristics：
Our foam is known for its closed cell structure ensuring good thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, energy saving, cold resistance combined with a Low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg), and smooth fine surfaces. It is also chemical and hydrolysis resistant. The product can be as thin as 0.15mm with 300%~500% of elongation and evenness can be controlled within +/- 5%.
Use：
As adhesive tape carrier, our foam can be used in medical pads, washer for electronic products, industrial double-layer tape, building insulation tape, vehicle tape and wallpaper.
