Sealing Material
The eFoam series crosslinked polyolefin foam is developed by Mega Master Technology and can be used to make washers for food applications, ordinary sealing washers, and also shock-absorbing/padding materials.
Suitable as a protective packing material for precision instruments and other industrial applications. Can be used as a gasket for food packing seals.
Advantages：
The eFoam series are crosslinked by electron beam (EB) radiation and produced without any chemical cross-linker, such as DCP. These are closed-cell Polyolefin foam products and can be supplied in sheets and rolls
Our foam is known for its closed cell structure ensuring extremely low water absorption and good thermal insulation. It is also hydrolysis and chemical resistant with a smooth fine surface. It is light weight, shock-absorbent and ensures a soft cushion. Laminated layers are available and the product is non-toxic, odorless with negligible volatile organic compounds (VOC). It is suitable for thermal or vacuum thermal molding and can be used in a temperature range of -80℃~110℃ - up to 120℃ for an individual specifications.
The products meet Taiwan’s EPA Eco Label Class 1 and comply with European Union (EU) RoHS requirements.
Use：
Our foam can be used as a food washer, cosmetics washer, lid sealing material,shock-absorbing material for closets and other furniture, a vehicle gasket and packing material for precision instruments and electronic parts.
